1) Confirm that all potential members meet “National Membership Requirements.”
2) Have advisor verify that all National Membership Requirements are met.
3) Membership Record Forms may be found online. Make a copy of each completed MRF and keep for chapter records. Send ALL completed original MRFs, a list of members, and ONE check to the National Office.
