1) Confirm that all potential members meet “National Membership Requirements.”
2) Have potential members complete “Chapter Record Form (for chapter records only).”
3) Have advisor verify that all National Membership Requirements are met.
4) Gather all “Chapter Record Forms” of those potential members that will be initiated as national members. DO NOT send to National Office. Keep for Chapter records.
5) Membership Record Forms may be found online. Send ALL completed MRFs, a list of members, and ONE check to the National Office.
